Re-framing induction processes for D/deaf, disabled and neurodiverse staff

This online event was held on Wednesday 19th April 2023. Once employers have navigated the barriers to inclusive recruitment, this first of a 2-part forum explored how induction, access to work support and mindful line management can enable D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people to thrive and in the museum and gallery workplace.
